Description
One Punch Man: Season 2 is an action-packed superhero comedy anime series directed by Chikara Sakurai and produced by J.C.Staff, continuing the adaptation of the acclaimed manga by ONE and Yusuke Murata. Following the catastrophic assault by Lord Boros, the world faces a dark prophecy predicting the imminent destruction of Earth, compelling the Hero Association to recruit villains, criminals, and mercenaries to bolster their defense lines. Amidst the ensuing chaos emerges Garou, a lethal martial arts prodigy and former top disciple of Silver Fang, who self-identifies as the “Hero Hunter” and begins ruthlessly hunting down top-ranking heroes to dismantle their reign. Meanwhile, the unassumingly omnipotent Saitama, still battling intense existential boredom, signs up under a disguise for the Super Fight martial arts tournament to experience various fighting styles firsthand and win a cash prize. As an organized Monster Association launches coordinated, city-wide attacks across the globe to claim supremacy over humankind, high-ranking Class-S heroes are pushed to their absolute limits against ferocious mutated beasts, while Garou’s brutal crusade sets him on an inevitable collision course with Saitama.
